Classes should be balanced ,th and gh have 70% chance to catch lethal or magic critical.Will solve these problems and try to remove lag thanks

Stupidity. magic critical is bugged ? hmm.. Try to look on any L2 calculator about chance of Magic critical... so...with Wild magic(+cca 20%) with valakas (+cca 30%) with dance of siren (+cca 25%) = 75% cahnce of M.kritical ( i thought that my numbers are quite low bcse by oficial calculator its about 85%)...and + Wild magic augment = 99-100% So what are u trying to solve? Thats how it should be and how it is... The only problem that is that you think that on HighRate gonna be pvp same like on LowRate server where noone have sirena (permanently) noone have valakas and ofc noone have wildmagic augment.

And about daggers...sure the 90% chance of lethal is quite stupid I got 5 lethals from 8 skills.
